Trico Wine
Brand Strategy and Brand Identity
A collaboration between three friends, Trico is a hands-on wine producer, using locally sourced, long standing grapes from high quality terroir to create intimately considered batches on a sustainable scale. Phoebe, of family owned and operated Welshmans Reef Vineyard, is inspired to create common wine types in unique ways. We created a brand strategy and website development alongside Trico to bring them to market. Our brand and social media strategies take on the friendly nature of Trico and lean into their celebration of coming together to unwind over a tasty drop.

Nynno Bel-Air's playful and vibrant photography captures the viewer's attention and inspires curiosity of the subject's story. When she approached us for help with her digital presence and brand strategy, we knew we had a great opportunity to showcase her work. Using her strong visuals as our north star we put her images front and centre, allowing them to speak for themselves. We created a compelling, straightforward brand personality and digital presence that engages viewers.

From her home studio, Grace forms each of her ceramic vases with intimacy and emotional expression to create meaningful objects that are both useful and enjoyable. When she came to us for help with a marketing strategy, our shared values in functionality and the aesthetic experience helped our partnership shape-up nicely. Representing form, simply and beautifully as it is, is important to Grace. So that’s what informed our design process and led us to a focused and considerate display of her work. Our web design and future visions strategy mirror the personality of Yorn to produce a textural interface with plenty of curves and soft hues.
Ferdydurke

A smorgasbord of sensations awaits down an iconic Melbourne laneway, home to Ferdydurke, where leisure meets pleasure. We love this loft for its floor-to-ceiling haphazard imagery, the playful cocktails, and especially those grand arch windows looking over the laneway since the 1860s. So when the masterminds behind Ferdydurke approached us to help lift their brand, we wanted to reflect the feeling of the space. Our consultations led us to produce a web design with an experiential element of moving parts to capture something of the interactivity of this upbeat bar.
Tessellate

Tessellate is a strong platform showcasing the darker intrigues of dance music and curating individual pieces into one captivating pattern. Where we came in was to help this independent arts and music label elevate their digital presence and brand positioning. To support their growth strategy through web design. The finished product was a site that held something of the mysterious art sphere that is Tessellate while not compromising on functionality and user experience.
Humie

Humie exists to help clients find their dream career. When they came to us for help with connecting with their audience, we jumped at the opportunity to consult with this startup about their own market fit and to help them extend their reach. Informative but not overwhelming are Humie's traits we let shine in our strategic web design. The finished site is an open-book, allowing clients to explore what Humie is all about, while remaining focused and easily digestible.
Ode To
Digital Presence
Ode To is a celebration of community, an encouragement of playful pastimes, and a moment’s rest all infused into one brand. Helping founder, Audrey, bring her hand-blended, ethically sourced essential oil mists to life through brand consultation and digital development was a collaboration that valued simplicity and friendship. We took these cues throughout the web design process to create an elegant, honest and nostalgic digital presence with pops of colour highlighting the product collection.

We came onboard to help the Umbrella team with an SEO and outreach strategy so their well-balanced journalism could be accessed by a greater audience. Our growth strategies included content strategy aligned with SEO and platform goals, the launch of an online following, as well as digital experience consulting so that Umbrella’s reporting hit home.

All great things have an elegant simplicity that belies the mastery in their creation, and a good portion of curiosity is usually where it starts. Mac Forbes, ever discovering the nuances and learning from the land of the Yarra Valley, is a master vintner championing the conversation about Australia’s terroir. Working with Mac to develop a launching pad for By Any Other wine label was a process centred on simple, clean interactions to produce a refined website with clear impacts. Our collaboration with BAO and TCYK transformed complexity into effortless enjoyment, much like the wine itself.
